This system keeps all of leads in one place since your leads will be coming in from various websites. Premium Properties pays the extra money to showcase your listings through several real estate sites. Once the system receives your leads, it will send you a text message and an email so you can keep up with your customer.

At Premium Properties, we also are using a system called ToolkitCMA. This program helps you with your CMA’s and market analysis. Our marketing department will put the data together and bind them into a booklet to ensure professionalism when going to meet a seller.
